How the Msari Member app collects, uses, shares, and protects your information.
Information we collect
We collect information to provide member account access, rewards, vouchers, and transfers.
Account & profile
Member identifier (e.g. Member Number ID), name, and contact details you provide (mobile number or email).
Identity / registration
Photos you upload for registration, such as photo ID and selfie.
Rewards & vouchers
Reward points balance, voucher redemption history, reward transfers, and related transaction timestamps.
Device & app
App version and basic device/network information needed for reliability and troubleshooting.
Camera
Used to scan QR codes (e.g. reward transfer). We do not collect photos from your camera unless you explicitly capture and submit them (such as registration documents).
Local storage
The App may store some data on your device (e.g. cached vouchers and sync data) to support offline use.
How we use your information
- Create and manage your member account and authenticate you
- Provide rewards features (balance, recent activity)
- Process voucher redemption and reward transfers
- Sync your data between your device and our services
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App
How we share your information
We may share information only as needed to operate the App:
- With service providers that host and run Msari Member services
- With authorized partners to support reward and voucher operations tied to your membership
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some transactional records may be retained for audit and accounting purposes.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls and secure transmission. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access or correct your account information
- Request deletion of your account and related personal data (subject to legal retention needs)
- Withdraw consent where applicable

Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Third-party services

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and, when required, provide additional notice for significant changes.
